    me and my friends went RB yesterday. the mortars (those car thing) are not working, they cannot be driven. is this a bug or part of 4.0?

    You need to kill the first boss, Pagati Tamer Nikasha to use the Seige tanks. Otherwise the tanks will be unusable and just disappears. Not a bug, just more inline of how it is on retail.
