She spawns on 00:06, that girl standing next to me is just my friend

I noticed something when walking around few times... so i managed to stay there for a while and watch what will happen. And i found her! Witch, appearing in the sanctum, every in-game hour's 15th minute (XX:15). Is this real witch, ghost or something different? Also, isn't it bug ? :bandit: I know, kinda alot of text, video, thread about one bug... but it's halloween

I saw an NPC there appearing for 1 second but is not that witch in the vid xD

Maybe because it was day in-game xD

That's not a ghost lulz, its a bugged NPC, Blair, which spawns during Halloween and is supposed to give out quests.

 

That second person (girl character) is just another player, my friend, waiting for her to spawn too...

 

Noticed it because of his godstones xD

 

U thought that is the witch ? and the spawned one, is just randomly recorded rare spawning NPC?
