Surama's Sabatons / Esotterace Legionary's Sabatons

It's been really a long time since I Iast did an Eso run and I already forgot which monster drops which item. I tried to find the answer with Google but no luck so...

Anyone knows or remember which monster drops this item?

There are only a few bosses in esso so you can just try to see on your own. What i know is that surama has a chance to drop a chest piece, a shield and a random weapon and a random other part as well as a random blue part. So you have a good chance of finding it from surama's chest.. And one of the other bosses should drop boots as well, now im not too sure if it was the tree or the archer because its been a long time for me as well.
