Account Recovery

Hey guys I was unsure where to post a query such as this, so I decided to put it here, my apologies in advance if it isn't meant to be here.

Anyway I have an issue where I've either forgotten my account's password, or my account has been wiped off the server. I'm quite certain that my password is correct so that would mean it's been wiped. Is there anyway of possibly retrieving my account? The reason I'm putting so much effort into one account is because I was a donor on it and had some relatively decent gear which I'm hoping I'll be able to get back. I have photos of the purchases and my account names, etc so I think I can easily prove that it's mine, I'm just wondering whether or not I'll be able to get it back? Is there someone I have to contact? I've already tried the email address but it didn't seem to work.

Nope. If it's wiped - it's gone. Nothing can be done about it sadly. Sorry brotha.

 

When was the last time you logged into the game and/or website? If it has been greater than 6months, there is a high likelihood it might have been wiped.

You could try password recovery and see if you can retrieve it (provided you know your email):

Sadly no.. Everything is wiped including your gears and yes its probably deleted since you didnt log in it for like half a year.. sorry

 

Good 6 months ago the equipment was very different from today, no good any more, you might get lucky and cocnsiga put the same name that you had in another account, now you have one set starts with APP, and you can also pick up mithril medals and buy the set ACD, AC jewels and weapons, or even buy the sets crucible insigna ... Sort of agree but you only got to log in atleast once every 6 months literally just log in for 2 seconds not that hard.

I guess characters get deleted after a long duration because players may want the name they are using on there characters and if your inactive then why have that name?

I got a ton of great character names after the inactive accounts got removed from alente

Besides the gear you had on your account 6 months ago is probably worth nothing now unless you had like sema/padma items there a ton of new gears in the game now which made old items worthless you find abg gear in broker now for 500m kinah and you gain eac/acd from mithrils. I would focus on gaining the latest items now if you do decide to re-join and let this be a learning lesson.

Nope.

Abg is better and worth more both can obtained with kinah/medals.

You could probably get a abg/app set for 250-500 credits if you were to buy it of a player which is pretty cheap but the set is basically useless now compared to the latest sets (stat wise) not worth it if you ask me but abg would be a nice set to use until you gear up but then again tiamat set is better and just as cheaper (cause no pvp stats) but pvp stats don't matter if you're just gathering gear (pve).

 

Well I guess I might just make a new account and run around pvping with APP on, until I can get enough ap back to buy some better gear.

 

I sympathize with you about the loss of your account. Fret not, there are many ways to get you started in-game easily. From free APP items (a decent starter PvP gear) to acquire-able abyss items in-game like EAC and ACD. Dungeon items like Tiamat, Mythical weapons, and the list continues. Join some JOBs like Green-Merrymakers or Silverine, you can acquire accessories from them using their coins, they are just the same as AC accessory just w/o a PvP stat. Questing is not a problem, you can also purchase Title which gives nice stats and wings whice has Para resistance and Silence resistance. I already have 2 accessory set of them. And they are great in PvP.
