    Augmenting and Conditioning are 2 completely different things, Augment requires AP while Condition requires Kinah

    Augment Officer NPCs are in Cloister of Kaisinel/Convent of Marchutan
    Condition Offficer NPCs are in Kaisinel Academy/Marchutan Priory
