Which one of servers is more played?
Siel or Lumiel
Which one have more people?

 

I think Siel,

 

Siel has more people .. because you can get all the skills at siel.
lumiel is a stigma based server, not everyone wants it but they have better pvp there i guess.

Picking which server isnt supposed to be population focused since both servers provide different things:

Siel is all stigma server, meaning you get access to all skills. Making the gameplay rather unbalanced as one can access skill builds that's normally impossible.

Lumiel is a stigma system server. The extra skills is build upon a skill tree called stigmas. This makes the game slightly more balanced compared to Siel as it is the style used for Retail servers.

 

Lots of people also say that Siel is a good server for starters, because as Akikaze already mentioned you get all skills. This way you can learn how to deal with them. I think Lumiel is for people who have more experience with each skill etc so they know already which skill has which effect' depends on the playing style.
But in the end it's your choice, that's my impression over the last years. :3 Hope you will find the right thing for you.
