    they told me about crit +15 . In my status how many crit should i need ?

    You should get yourself to around 500 crit, should be enough, then after that just socket attack.

    No, you don't need any accuracy, crit+attack is best for rangers.

    From Aion 1.9, crit 550 (when no buffs) is enough, remain +attk all.
