Server transfer bug/fail

    Hello, today around 1 pm i started transferring a character from the server Lumiel to the Siel and it's already 3:40 pm in Argentina and my character was not transferred. I would like to know the reason for this failure, I had to transfer me and donate credits to complete the transfer , and its fails,

    Stuck transfers are logged in our system - your credits will be refunded in a timely manner.

    As for what's causing transfers to bug in the first place, that's being looked into.

    Wouldn't recommend trying to transfer until the feature is announced as fixed.
