GM can i ask? help please

    the problem is my character.Somebody knows the password in our internet shop. and all the item gone.. when i changepass it, it said confirm to ur email. my problem is the email of my character i cant open. what should i do to changepas it w/out email please.! help me..

    i doubt a GM can help u.

    it is beyond their boundary of control since emails are private and personal.

    one who owns an email is the one that owns ur account as well as ur IGN in Gamez.

    u lost ur email u lost everything in it imo.

    try ur luck with ur email provider but it is a long shot and will takes years to prove it.
