@topic slow motion? might be you got a fps problem on your computer. mind to be more specific? or make a short video of your client running it will help alot so we can see your problem.

Fps = frame per seconds its the framerate that your pc gives you on how smoothly your game runs.. And s.AM guille said try to uninstall what anti virus you using if you have. And please avoid double posting
