    I notice this since 3-4 months ago but im dont care bout it bcz I'm busy studying and not necessary to solve it... however now when im want to see some picture to make report of some scammer/abuser ....

    THE MAIN PROBLEM I HAD : when im press 'printscreen' button it will show in messages box 'file saved in my ncsoft file. However when im open my ncsoft file.. the screenshot file was'nt there (also in other places)

    WHAT I'M ALREADY DO :

    1. i check it whether is it hidden or what.... and still same
    2. I create my own Screenshot profile and try to take picture again... still same the file have no picture

    ...... please forward me any suggestion. really need help.. thx in advance.

    Or did you try a file repair on nclauncher? And it should give a screenshot folder again on your main aion client

    Ever tried opening: Your personal folder where Download, My Music, My Pictures, etc. folders are > App Data > Local > Virtual Store > Program Files (mine is with (x86) so not sure if it's same as yours) > NCsoft.

    Some people had such problems before and they found their screenshots in Virtual Store instead of the usual location.

    already tried all above.. still not works.. here come clue I got using my garena chat screenshot ... the screenshot is woring as it show file was saved there.. and its also counted.. however its just not there....

    Use Windows to search for that file, in the screenshot it is "Aion0048.jpg", use the exact name with the dot and the extension

    Look at the post above yours.

    Take a screenshot, see what's full file name (for example: Aion0069.jpg) and use Windows Search to find it

    Its work now... yeah Uehara was right in the 1st place... maybe im do it plainly wrong... but yeah Guille ways, teach me that 'Seacrh' is usefull.. thx Guilllllleeeeeeeeeee and Ueharaaaaaaaaa ... <3
