im getting disconnected from the server

    hello well, im getting disconnected from the server each 5 - 10 min, i reinstalled the gamez launcher, repair the client, downloaded again and reinstalled the client, even i formatted my main hd and reinstalled the client and nothing work. idk what to do T_T pls help.

    isnt my connection cuz i play others mmorpg and everything goes fine.

    do you use ping reducer software? if you're using try to disconnect the ping reducer.

    item pack is not the problem,

    noone is loging my account, i've been getting this problem for 5 days. cannot be possible that each time that i connect someone just disconnect me

    how would you know? Its possible cause someone might logging in your account everytime you log in too.. Try to change your pass and try to log in again..

    Network and Sharing Center > click on your connection > Details > Look for the DNS server IP

    Then go to Windows Start > Run (Or Windows key + R) > type "CMD" > type "ping [DNS ip server] -t"

    If the time is too high, it means the connection is "weak" or "not stable", so you get disconnected from the server

    Check your anti-virus? It could be hindering your connection and cutting you off.
