Depends on the am.. If he/she hosted it normal or special.. Normal is prize packs and special event is the one that gm costume can be a prize or other special prizes..

They exist in gamez, but they don't drop huehue~ Only way to get them as of now is to join forum events since they gave out Mortal envy/wrath as an event prize.
