Boker Sold Item Kinah Error

any GM please help me for fix my bugged kinah at boker sold item. i can't collect it because it says -200M++ . can i get my kinah back ? please help me, need ur help badly GM :crying:

seems a bit odd how

1. your selling those items for that price even though there are LOADS of anuhart temp stuff on AH a hell of a lot cheaper.

2. they all sold at the same time on the same day

3. all your items are rounded up to the nearest 50 (IE 650mil, 750mil) yet the amount it wants to give you is 294,967,296 which just seems random as hell to me

4. the date its showing for the sale is January the 1st 2038, are you sure this picture came from gamezaions server?

 

yeah, this looks kida weird to me.

the tiem these items were sold is all the same and the price is just too high. nobody would buy these items for such a price.

its all +15 full manastone with godstone at the 2 tahabata sword. silence n blind. its up to u if u dont trust it, but GM know it all right?
if u think the price was too high, dont buy it.. I'm sure there's anyone will buy it, cos I think the price was right.
n if GM want to check, he would know I am not tell lies cos its still on broker

At any rate, to answer the message you sent me, GMs of my status can't refund kinah lost. We don't have the power to. You would need admin help.

(It's a weird number because there is a point where the kinah gained hits a maximum from the bit size of the number. When it hits that number, instead of capping like it should, it just flips negative. Doing the math, it is 4,355,032,704. Anything above this number crashes and goes negative.)

i use aion 1.9 client from other PS aion CD from my country .
if there is any GM want to help me and he don't believe my SS, i let him check my ID/Character .
then open my sold item on broker, all of item that in my SS still there.
i really need help from GM. i can't do anything.
