Changing server error

I was trying to change server and it just disconnects me. What can I do to solve this problem or can you solve it ASAP.

I think it only works for new charactrs lvl 1

 

No, I was changing my server to siel but when I try go back to siel it just disconnects me from the game.

 

he was referring to switching server, not the server transfer that's buggy atm


here's what you will do: If you get disconnected while clicking the change server button, log in again, accept terms and agreement then in the character selection, select another character(not the one you just recently played), then try it again, go to character selection, click the change server button. If it still disconnects you, Log in 2 different characters before the event of clicking the change server button.
