    No, they can't. Only 1 person from that net cafe can get the gift, it's the only way to prevent exploits.

    someone got a gift from our computer? how about our account taht didnt recieve a gift?
    its not fair.
    and i tride getting gift from other computer(and different ip)

    i cant still get my gift?
