Like im very much Confused in my Situation

Well normally if i had a problem i would just Find a way to solve it on my own .. but now this is just beyond my reach for me to solve alone .. Well here's my Problem i Got banned because of Multiple accounts in christmas gift system by Lautaro .. In my statement or in my defense i didn't do anything wrong ? Tbh I didnt know That it was a crime since it was recently released and i wasnt updated about it .. I want to know that is it my fault that i play at a Cafe ? Maybe other players Also joined the Winter events in the same IP that i used ? i just dont understand why i got banned by not doing anything wrong .. Please If you can help me with my problem it would be nice .. I can maturely understand why i can be banned i just want to know the reason why ..

 

Yes, you won't be able to get your free credits if somebody already used that IP. In your case, it's like you used any proxy or w/e and tried to bypass our 1ip rule / restriction

 

So Technically i made i mistake of choosing to play in a Cafe not knowing what would happen if i joined the winter events NOT KNOWING if other Players already did the same ? So thats why i was banned ?

 

Is The winter Events please forgive me if im offending the ones who made the event .. A way to ban NORMAL players, playing at cafe's ? If its No Then why was i banned ? if yes, why did you make the event in the first place when it causes nothing but trouble to some players ? Isnt this suppose to be a Game for everybody to enjoy ? Im sorry for also double posting im only 14 years please if you would understand my situation if you must ..

 

I'm just glad aion isn't known or unpopular in the cafe where i play lol.

 

The event isn't the problem here. There are people out there who got their free credits yet they didn't get banned. You got banned because you abuse the event.

And btw, you can use the "Edit" button if you wish to add something on your previous post.

 

Stick to the ban appeal function. The forum isn't a place for you to appeal your ban.
