    I clicked on reconnect and tried to login again but it says I'm already logged in then I hope 1-2 minutes and try to log in again and I get another message reconnect.
    I'm trying already have about 30 minutes and can not log in ^^

    After "I'm already logged" you type your pw again and try to log in again~ And make sure to close any ping reducer and the NCHelper~

    Got taught a way to get past this, do as follows(you need at least two characters for this two work):

    -Start in Character 1 (logged into it, of course)
    -Go to character selection screen.
    -Click on server select. You will be disconnected. Reconnect (do not close the client or anything, just click on "Reconnect").
    -Log into your account again.
    -Get into Character 2.
    -Go back to character select screen.
    -Click on server select. You should be able to go through.

    it's worked to me so far, and it just work to jchernandez. you sure you're following all the steps? to be more specific, try and quit the game and relaunch aion and start the process clean, see if that helps. Also, are you using a ping reducer or latency fix of any sort? If you do, try turning it off or something.

    a staff member told me that workaround lol

    yea i followed the steps but after secting the siel server i cant access it and going back again to the log in screen.
