    i bought my item in webshop but my character didn't get the item

    ...and it already reduced my credit from 2580 to 80. may i know who can help me with this?

    It goes to you by express mail. takes a couple minuutes to arrive to the character you send it to. Try going to character select and back to the character you gave the item to. and wait 2 minutes.
