Disconnection Problem

I have this disconnection problem after accepting term & conditions. I tried all the methods posted the last few days but it won't work for me, so can anyone help me w/ this problem

what i tried so far
w/ or w/o ping reducer
Logged in - got DC - reconnect - already logged in - wait for 30-60 sec - log in* tried so many time but won't work
reset pc and modem

My friend had this problem too, so I told him to do the update of Aion, but first make a backup (if you did not, would have saved a copy), when he finished making the update tried to login and it worked, desconnect does not take any time. Write it probably will work, but make a backup of your Aion before.

 

what update are you talking about? And my friend told me to use lowerping it allows me to log in and it "WORKS" but that ping reducer sucks for me give 300+ ping so im looking for other options.

 

mine is ping problems. 200ms ping and suddenly in the middle of the action it stops/delay raised up to 2k ping and worst it DC me totally. i think imma quit PVP for now until the problem is resolved.

 

Open the client without ping redutor, maybe is better a ping 300+ than acnt play aion... If still take disconnect, make a backup and update your aion...

 

Easy fix for this problem (well, works for me every time):
1. Log in.
2. After seeing "you have been disconnected" click "reconnect".
3. Log in again.
4. After seeing "You are already logged in" log in again as FAST as possible.
