Elyos to Asmo

Hey Guys I would like to transfer from elyos siel to asmo on siel. do u think this method would work. I have alot of stuff on my Elyos characters i dont want to loose.
1 Elyos characters on siel that have stuff i want to transfer. idea XD.
2 Make Lumiel Asmo Characters. ascend to pandemonium to get to warehouse.
3 Transfer stuff through account warehouse from elyos siel char to asmo lumiel char.
4 Delete all elyos siel chars.
5 Make Siel Asmo char. ascend to pandemonium to get to warehouse.
6 Transfer stuff back from Lumiel asmo chars to Siel asmo chars.
7 Win???
Anyways this is an idea that i dont think has been put on forums yet. I have searched and searched and found nothing about this method. If anyone has tried this or thinks it would work please say so. I do have 1500 credits and dont want to waste them the char transfer method. it seems pointless to loose those points if this method would work XD. Thanks for any information.

 

Because the account warehouse doesn't work like that?
Also, deleting all of a race characters with stuff in your account warehouse deletes the stuff in the AW as well....

You will need to use the player transfer service in order to make a dual race account....

 

Ah ok im sorry. i thought the account warehouse worked for siel and lumiel together since it was on the same account. it was just a thought and possible way around not using the transfer char method. thanks Puddles for clearing that up for me XD

 

It deletes them? i remember that's how i moved thousands of balic mats on an alt account for crafting half a year ago...

 

The account warehouse works for the server it is on for the accounts characters.

So lumiel all your characters would have access to it. You would have a diff one for siel though. Just don't try to get around using the transfer service though as you will end up losing items.

If you really want a dual race account, just transfer its much easier.

To conclude, you have two options:

1. Get a dual-race Siel account so you can play both races, or
2. If you have VIP, find somebody with a dual-race account who you trust and also has VIP, to carry your gear over to the other race (risky).

 

Yea, it deletes them lol. In some cases people got lucky but most of them the items were nuked.

 

so if i do use my 1500 points to make a dual race account which where i can see asmo and elyos chars at the same time at char select "Correct me if thats wrong" as im not sure how it works. can i still create more characters with both elyos and asmo or will they be locked?

 

Once you have a dual-race account, you can create as many characters of both races as you want, provided you don't delete ALL the characters of either race.

 

ok im sorry for all the responses XD but i just wanna get this right and not mess up. so on my elyos siel account i make an asmodian lumiel character. so i have like 5 elyos chars on siel and 1 asmodian character on lumiel. i log out go to player transfer service on website buy it. log back in and i have a dual race account where i can log into siel only and delete and create asmo, elyos. so in reality on the character select screen i can see my chars like ely/asmo/ely/asmo right?

 

Yes, also you'll notice a pesky window telling you how it's not normal to have characters of both races each time you log in, wherein you need to type "ok". Nothing to worry about in any case.

i will let u know later when i try it. but im afraid something will mess up and i might loose characters. if my characters are deleted with the stuff i want is there any way to recover them using an AM or Gamemaster(GM)?

 

There is no way to cheat the system, your method wont work. You need to spend 1500 credits :>

 

Somehow I am fairly sure that that has been established.

 

Hey guys. thanks for all the information. The player transfer method worked XD. rockin asmo and ely chars on one server acc ya boi. now to get wifey to do it too shes a char junkie who likes to play all the classes and likes both races XD
