Since Deathangel deleted my comment and closed the thread about the Silona wings, I tried my luck in contacting you through this thread. This silona wing was sold in black cloud together with woc2 last christmas. We bought the silona wing because it has a bigger pvp stat. The expiration note was not visible when u buy the wing so a lot of people spent their 3000 credits for it, most of us are sorcerers and healers who doesn't really need the WOC2. We were dumbfounded when we saw the expiry everytime we view the wing. Lucky for me coz I took a screenshot of the wing 3 days before it expired.

Someone started a thread about it and many players who had that wing commented. Deathangel commented that the wing is intended to last for just 7 days and not permanent. I replied and explain that the expiry was not visible when we bought it. And besides, no one in their right mind would spend 3000 credits for a 7 day wing with pvp stats and remodel it to a much weaker wing. I just dont get the logic. Maybe perhaps those who can afford to have 3000 credits easily would buy that wing.

My point is, you guys could have let us know what would be with that wing. There are gamez staffs who told us you were fixing it and a decision will be made soon (whether u will give us back the wing permanently or give us back our 3000 credits). If you won't, then at least make a descent and fair announcement about it. I wonder if deathangel is power tripping or something. He just deleted my comment and close the thread. I'm a fair player Sir, I don't scam nor mock anyone in this game. I'm sending donations from time to time and we work hard for our credits. All we want is a fair share of professionalism.

Okay, so heres the thing.

Myself and Alente were discussing this the other day. He is checking into what we are going to do.

As far as it is concerned yes, the wings are supposed to expire in 7 days and yes, I did notice this the day the shop was opened as it did show the expiration on the wings. After adding myself a set of them on my GM.

It is known to us that the wings are gone, and yes we are looking into solutions as to what is going to happen for those who purchased them. I have been forwarded plenty of pm's and such about these wings and am simply waiting on what to do from Alente as far as re-issuing them, or what he and Carl have decided on.

Alente and Carl do know about this issue so don't think they don't and or don't care about it.

As far as what is going to happen at the current? I cannot say as Alente has not told me what we are doing yet.

Thank you for your understanding and concerns. Please understand that this is not really a simple situation and may take a little time to get a fair resolution for everyone who is affected by it.

 

Thank You very much for your answer. We really can't do anything if you wont give us back our credits or the wing. But at least explain it nicely to us (just like what you did) and not just delete our comments and close the thread. All we need is just a fair treatment and not to shrug us off like we are nothing. I've asked Alente about a half hour ago again as to what the plan is with this particular issue. He's away from the keys it seems right now but hopefully we will have more information for you guys in the near future as to what is decided on for a resolution.
