got stuck in instance SAURO;

Please anyone could you please help me unstuck my character name ACEZ, i was in sauro instance and i died going down to no where, i cant click the "OK" button thats why i relog and use other client to log it in again, since i log in again, when i press OK it goes like this

i couldn;t go to my characters, ;(

after that i use my other account, and check it if my char ACEZ was still log in, but yes its still ON and still inside the sauro instance ;( ............
anyone could help me for awhile please? ;(
maybe that BUG like dying going down to no where did ;(

 

Log into your account from the website and go to this page: http://gamezaion.com/index.php?page=unstick, submit a request for your character and wait for a server restart.

 

uhm sir i already send my request ;( so how long should i wait for the server restart? ;( by the way im from siel server ;(
i was at instance sauro last night, i died going down to no where, and i thought there is an "OK" button just to go back to the obelisk where i was binded.... but unfortunately i didnt see an "OK" button, thats why i exit the client and open it again.... so the time i was opening my character ACEZ when i choose it, it will exit the client and never log in the game.... so i what i did was i log in my other character with the same legion, i saw my Toon ACEZ, is still inside the instance sauro ;( and i can whisper it ;( maybe this was a BIG problem.... hoping to fix it as soon as possible, thank you so much.....

 

GOT STUCK in SAURO INSTANCE

I just want to post this other thread of my problem about stuck in sauro instance;
YES i still inside the sauro instance its me ACEZ from siel server....
when i was logging in i saw ACEZ got no armors anymore ;( but still inside the instance as well, here what i screenshots it

there!!!
and i when i log in my other toon, name Aiswarya, i saw ACEZ was still inside the sauro instance. ;(
HOPING that all Admins or GM's can fix my problem as soon as it possible ;(
Coz right now im so freaking out coz i saw my ACEZ dont have armor anymore ;(..........
i really cant open my toon ACEZ coz if i select it, it will exit the client.......

edit: you were already instructed on what to do, just be patient and wait for a server restart as what SAM razor said.

 

im so afraid now coz i saw my character ACEZ got no more armors, ;( and i still cant open ACEZ ;(
