Bugged Camps

Hi guys have you seen those bugged camps in Katalam? Near Sillus Fortress. The one that sells idium plates? Is it going to get fixed? Why is it like that? Also the ones to the west of Sillus Fortress, there is a general goods merchant for both race but its conquered by elyos so I was able to teleport there using the base bound teleport devices. Why not just put all the goods merchant for both race no matter what race conquered it like the ones done on sauro base?

 

Are there no NPCs at all?

 

Yes on the camp where there should be an npc seller for Idium Plate, there are no npcs.
