Problem to instal AION

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to instal AION but every time I got the error E02024.
I had no probllem to instal NCSoft Launcher, but when AION begins the updating it stops at 52% and give the Error:

[Update error] File cannot be accessed
The update may be in use by another program.
Restart your computer and try again. If this problem persists, please contact Customer Support at http:\\us.ncsoft.com\en\support.

I've already tryied to deactivate the Firewalls and the Antivirus, I also changed inside the NCLauncher the SelfUpdate to "0" and run the program as the Administrator but I always got this problem.

PLEASE help me, I wanto so hard to play it :sad:

Did you try to restart your computer just like what the launcher said?

 

I've already tried restart my computer, but nothing....

 

Remove aion updater from autostart (start -> run -> msconfig -> startup -> NCUpdateHelper (un-check the box)), restart PC, and run NCSoft launcher as Administrator.

btw, try to turn your Antivirus off, maybe it scans the .dll file while updating...

 

I tried it but still getting the error, do you know if there is any compatibility problem with Win7?

Excuse me for the delay...you must delete the file that the SS mentioned and re-load the download.

 

You do know Aion must NOT be running while updating/repairing, right?

Ctrl+Shift+Esc, go to Processes tab, look if AION.bin is running and end this process
