    have you tried to vote waiting 12hrs + 1 min, instead of 11hrs 59 mins? anyone that happens to me too sometimes when i change pc and i vote too early

    i think he means FIBR....it does happens sometime...i calculate the remaining min, then use the alarm, then works fine
