Launcher Problem

So I was looking around the forums for the problem I am having and I cannot find it.
When I run the launcher normally or admin the " update " doesn't go through and an error appears saying something about some d8xtl.dll file ( not exact name but close ) I re-install Aion thinking it would help and it didn't. So could someone help me out a bit xD?

delete the d3d8thk.dll then after go to ncsoft launcher and repair your client.

 

The strange thing is when i go to the file to delete the d3d8thk.dll the file isn't even there.
I use to have it a while ago but not sure what happened to it because I never got rid of it personally.
I'm not running Win XP either so that couldn't be the problem I'm at a dead end on my part because one day it randomly happened out of the blue. Played Aion then next day Gamez had update and ever since I had problems

 

oh my bad.... !! with your Directx version had problem or your video card the sinner, found one good website maybe halp .

and copy to c:\Windows\System32 if still doesn't work try update or reinstall your video card driver.
