    Just wanted to find out more regarding this skill. I saw this Asmo ranger having this OP (according to google skill's description and what I saw in game) buff. Is it Asmo exclusive? Or there's a way to get it on Elyos as well?

    It is when there is a marked target on the map.

    You get marked when you kill too many pinkies in the area. You'd be visible in the map where ever you go and you'd get a strong debuff called Curse of Azphel which reduces your movement speed by a hell of a lot. The players from the other faction get the Power of Elimination buff whenever they're near a marked target.

    What do u mean by pinkies? Could be someone else was marked and that Asmo ranger was always aiming me

    Pinkies = low levels trying to get their way to 65 and end up getting killed.

    Yes, other ppl marked but they still have the buff.
