Need a GM

i asked a GM for help day before yesterday, but since asking a GM for helping ingame can be hopeless at time so i make and account to ask here. my cousin and i play aion together at his house, and when i get home id vote, but since the christmas event we can no longer vote, when he vote i get a voting cd, and when i vote he get a voting cd, but we are in 2 differnt locations with 2 accound and 2 ip, so whats the problem here?, and oh yeah, i didnt even get my 2.5k credits from that event, it said someone with my ip already did.

 

Because someone already get the christmas event by using your IP address.

 

i live by myself, and my connection is only 5mb dl 1mbup, i dont have wifi

 

Did you ask to your cousin if he/she get the christmas event?

 

It's like that by default, to ensure that people do not multivote. This was enabled due to Net Cafes. And it will not be disabled. Also, GM's that are in game answer every question given to them. It's part of the reason they are on staff. If you have a name of that GM that you pmed, I could speak with him. As for your credits from the Christmas Event, there was a thread a while ago created by the Creator of that event, but I see no point as it was a Christmas Event that, for obvious reasons, does not extend into the middle of January.

As I said, if you could give me the name of the GM that "ignored" you, I could speak to him.

 

i feel also that gm ignored me but sometimes i think also that they have many Pm's to answer so I understand that they were busy..:smile:

 

If you couldn't find a GM on game, your best bet is to start a thread on forum regarding your in game issue and ask for help. Im glad you did so, there's tons and tons of players on game that seeks GM and never had a forum account. We're (GMs) most likely reply on forum rather on game.
