Thinking of returning and I need to know

Will gamez work with windows 8.1? and whats gamez pop like now? is it still active and full of players, will I be able to find players to with chill with at any given time?

idk whats gamez has been like laitly but befor 4.0 I would say it was in its prime then, and there where always things to do, aside from the obvious questing, farming ect.

So I hope someone can anwser my questions and tell me what gamez is like today

about the population, still alot of players but the pvp is kinda bad than before for me atleast
