My items dissapeared

I have an account with alot of archon commander items, i put alot of money into it but i stopped playing 1 year ago. i came back and 1 of my accounts is fine, but this one has nothing of those items, only trash and 1 weapon or 2 but any shop item. can an admin check acc log info or if it has been punished ? i remember the crucible bug and a friend of mine has been warned by a admin and asked him the crucible back. it was more than 100 euros on that account i would appreciate if somebody could help me ?!(sorry for bad english imo)

 

hi Bro. I believe ur account was hacked. The staff cant recover it no more. It's ur responsibility. btw are u playing in a netcafe? i guess no >< coz u donate.

 

like miloblast said ur account was hacked by someone who know ur id and password(maybe)...if u were sharing ur account with someone...better u start asking him/her

Items doesn't magically disappear on your inventory. Like the others said above, your account got hacked by someone and stole all of your items. We're sorry for your loss but we really can't do anything about this.

right.. just keep a cool head and analyze the matter first.... I am just wondering because I reli believe that u are a donator. and you have ur own pc... u are playing in ur house. then y is it that someone has accessed ur account? unless u got someone who play aion too and u gave him the account.

Ye everything u said is true, the account is from a friend of mine and i believe he didn't shared his acc with any1else besides me, he is on is job atm that's why i posted this myself cause i'm worried about him ^^'. I wanna play aion again and i think that wont happen xD. He had alot of money spent on that acc but let's see when he arrives home. thx for the reply tough
