New Update! Help!

After the new update last night, i am able to log-in through my gamezaion launcher but my characters won't display! I haven't played the whole day! What is happening! :sad::sad::sad:

 

That's because the update is 4.5 client, GamezAION is still on 4.0, please make a downgrade, if you don't know how to visit this guide:
Downgrade 4.5 to 4.0

 

You probably have the full 4.5 client. Gamez is still at 4.0 not 4.5. Follow the instructions on the link given by Tracert above to connect to our servers.

 

I have the same problem issue with the one who just posted now "Can't get in game". here it is.

I put in username and password, say's that I'm already logged in, I type it in again, it lets me in, then the terms pops up, I accept, then the page just goes blank, the cinematic still continues to play but the servers don't pop up at all, re-installed ncsoft aion, re-installed the launcher, tried running it as admin,the problem still continues.​

 

You must get a Downgrade. Wait for Sir TraCert to give you the Link of the Downgrade.
