Old Account VIP Removed

    Hey Gamez,

    I've been around for quite a while and am just getting back into the swing of things. I come back and my VIP account I had has been deleted from your system and my vote rewards aren't working. (like only once in the few days worth of attempts has even 1 link worked and yes I've cleared the cache and even tried multiple different browsers to see if there was any change in effect.)

    But the point is, since I had VIP on my old account, could I regain it on my current one?

    VIP lasts for 30 days only. Also, items/services obtained on old accounts are not going to be refunded/transfered.

    As for the voting issue, make sure to click on our banner in the Aion Server Ranking after filling up the capcha.

    It was Premium Rates - 1500 Credits - Lifetime ​

    (forgot which exactly it was)

    So I get an account to be Premium and then if I'm not on it for 90 days its gone permanently.
    Thats just messed up.

    seems to be the case, which kinda makes the server have a bad rep imo. In case you didn't see my join date I've been here a while.

    yep i see you're a long time member, but after a certain amount of time of not-loggin-in your account is just canceled since you are inactive lol
