Voting problem need advice

Hello all i heave the next problem..IP ALLREDY VOTE....
-No one use me computer..only me
-I never vote from internet public location only from me home and me smartphone
-I try all redy to delet cookies,change browser,reinstal windows,change nrtwork company,make a new account...all of this don't work
-I heave this problem from last server update 4.0 from summer ...so more then 6 mounths...without voting...so bad...


The question is next one...som one know about this problem....work on this problem...som one else heave this problem....who can give me one solution about it...

Please respond on this issue with some answerds or adviceds....

I would relly aprecieted if will answerd somone who know this problem and can give me a few adviceds.

Same problem with me......and all this started from 4.0

 

Try clearing cache and cookies. Before you log in to the website, first log in your toon in-game. After a few seconds logging in your toon, log out from the game. Try logging in the website and vote. If the cooldown is still there then just remember how long til the cool down ends. When cool down is finished, log in the website and vote. This time it should work. If it doesn't, I can't answer that anymore.

Why the back and forth process? No idea why but that's what I did and it worked for me the 2nd time around.

Neved had a problem on my, try another browser, and extra tips, just be sure to vote on time.

I allredy try to change browser...i think is one problem from votong sistem server...i think best option will be reset all ips on vote system data on next update..

 

try another IP to vote. If it still says Your IP already voted, wait for the time to reset and go back to your own PC and try voting again by the next waiting time. If problem persist consult an AM

 

I allredy try to do this and no results..i heave this problem about 5-6mounths...just think how is is to stay without voting tis all time ...how can i contact AM??Becouse gms dont respond....i see and i relly need help

 

Maybe someone is already using your IP thats why your IP appears to have been already used

 

you could try giving every colored name tags a pm or if by any chance, ingame when one of them is online. Or for worst cases, wait until one of them notices this thread and just try any alternatives for the meantime.

 

I did say that if clearing cache and cookies + logging in and out of the game doesn't solve this, try to wait for the cooldowns to finish and vote again. That worked for me though. Well best of luck to you.

 

No man i'm the only who use mecomputer...i don't heave brothers... Somthing is not normal on vote system with ip
.....i think one restart will solve this problem....with guys who heave problems like me..server will lost players evry day...and votes on top rank saits... I think me account work together with me girl frend account..but we heavedifferet computers...network company so is not same ip...she heave the same problemm like me..if i vote on me account she heave cooldown on shes account if she vote i heave cooldown so..the 2 accounts work like one...how it is pisible..mwtf with diferet ips...and from diferet citys...somthing is wrong

 

Unfortunately, by requesting a restart on all IPs connected to the server, you are asking the impossible.

 

I really dont know what is wrong, what if, one of you vote on PC and the other use mobile phone to vote. I never had a problem using mobile

 

well...i had the same problem 2 but now has been fixed on my account and i hope that will stay like that

Same problem if wee try to vote from tablet phones computer is the same problem...me account and account of me gf work like one account...pff and we heave differet ips...and i repet from differet cites...

What to tell you...you are a luky guy....i hope i will solve this issue 2 but i think after more 6 mounths...maybe after 6+6 mounths som1 will care about problem...and do somthing becouse server need players need votes...and players need to vote to get credit and mentein the server in up front of top sites with ranks

 

I never had problem after I found a way to negate those bad sh!ts, I always vote on time, I only have 1 account and I use a solo internet connection with my mobile so, Im the only one who use my IP

 

you must stay and see the time and when is 0 to try to vote...maybe it will work.i wish you good luck...its all i can say to help you

 

Bro what you dont understand i play on server with me girlfrend....i heave only oneaccount wtf.....and i heave solo internet too.. I heave me account and me gfheave shes account..

 

He already said it a couple of times that he is using only one IP and he has tried it using a different one with his PC and his tablet. Which part of his post and replies do you not understand? Also, your answers are not that helpful at all since you keep repeating the concept of your first reply that you don't know what's wrong.

Try dropping a staff member a pm either here or in-game so you can be guided with what to do since you already exhausted every way possible to try fixing this issue on your end.
