New to this game, need help !!

I follow the main page and download the NCSoft launcher and the Gamez Aion launcher.

After i installed NCSoft and update it, i immediately install Gamez Aion launcher.

After all the install has been done, i launch the Gamez Aion launcher, after keying in my ID and Pass, i get to choose the server. So after when i choose the server, i was FREEZE at the server screen.

What happen ? need some guild here. Thanks

 

What's your aion version? 4.0 or 4.5?

Moving to correct Section

 

Gamezaion still in version 4.0. Thats why you cant access to the gamez server because you updated your Aion Client to 4.5. You need to downgrade you client as AM Ciel link as he mentioned above. Just follow the instruction and goodluck, Hope to see you around

 

Some friends of mine had this same problem when updated Aion to version 4.5, you will only get into the game when you downgrade to version 4.0, mentioned in 2 posts above. Welcome to Gamez Aion, have fun.
