OMG on this server who help players???

sorry guys but i heave this problem about 6 mounths.... i cna't vote all time IP ALLREDY VOTE i heave me persoanl network from one company so nobady use me network and i'm sure about this....and the question is the next one when the hell i will can vote on me account here ...who care about problems....players problems...becouse i ask for help about 6 mounths ago and no1 care about this... how it is possible,...

 

Well, u have a dynamic ip or static ip from your provider ? this would help alot =) if you have a static ip, no one can help you ...

 

Call your provider and ask them to change your IP into dynamic. Every few days your IP will renew and you can manually renew it with a command or simply it restart your router.

ok the problem is next one ..i play on server lumiel with me gf...and she heave shes account and me main account... she is from different city she heave personal computer personal ip... same like me i reped we are from different cites....but we play together on server...ok so.. when she vote on shes account i can't vote on me account ...when i vote to on me account she can't vote on shes account..i heave this problem from last update 4.0 from summer the two account function like one...how it is posible..please i need help .... and WE DON"T MAKE MULTIVOTING>>>becouse we know this is not alowed....and we get ban ...!!!!please help... fck this is bad 6 mounths without votting

 

have you ever voted on her account account with your pc? or has she ever voted on your account on her pc?

when she was on me...she heave vote from me computer on shes account for 2 weeks..but only on she account all this time i didan't vote on me account...so it wasan't multivoting this in period when gamezserver update from 3.7 to 4.0...and when update was finished when i tryet to vote on me account ....bummmmppp don't work ip allredy vote..and after all this..this is the situation...when she vote on shes account from she town personal computer and ip conection....i can't vote on mine ..ip alredy vote...and if i vote on me account.. she can't vote...ip allredy vote..sorry for me english...

im not sure of what im about to say...and i dont know how it actually works, but since two accounts voted from the same IP (those two weeks your gf voted from yours ip, and you were voting with your account on that IP before those two weeks) prolly they recognized it as multivoting, even if u didnt actually did it. but hey, how could anyone know it was your gf going to you and voting on your IP? i dont know how it works, but probably is this kinda stuff

 

yes you are right...but...in this two weeks.. we don't vote in bouth accounts...just in one....account so no multivoting...but voting system recognize like multivoting or somthing like this...and we are not the only who heave same problems...

 

well that's how the system seems to work. it'll match your IP at any point in time with the IP at any point in time of another account, and I believe this applies to MAC addresses as well. If I'm not mistaken, it simply links both accounts' voting times so they can't vote independently. Basically, you can't vote because your gf already voted.

and the two account can be ceck from admins....on what ip's was created... when we login in game naabbb children

You will need to contact one of the admins, Lautaro, Alente, or Carl. You two have probably been using eachothers accounts ingame to play on her toons and she plays on yours to use your toons, whatever. Your accounts have been connected due to this so that both your voting problems count as one, and typically, all credits that she votes for will go to your account, or will not arrive at all. I know this as it happened to my girlfriend and I. Until you can get your accounts separated, only one of you guys can vote at a time. Also, I'd advise against either of you donating until this problem is fixed.

And I'll say this again: This is not just from logging in to vote for each other, but also logging ingame on each others accounts. And with that, this thread is closed.
