    Hi . I am really don't know how to become an Ely-Asmo account but my decision is to have Ely-Asmo account but I am afraid because I don't know how to transfer, can somebody tell me how? :) Thanks.

    Make a new character on Lumiel (I'm guessing you're normally playing on Siel?) of the opposite race and transfer it over. Then you'll be able to create as many characters of either race as you wish as long as you keep at least one of each.
