    but if that is CASTING SPEED probably....
    TIAMAT TOME 17% / 16% cause it will not give you 20%
    NCC TOME 17% yes probably.... but the aura is red lol
    RAKSHA TOME ???? hmmm dont know the stat yet lmao
    WDK???? i dont think so...

    Padmarashka, Sematariux, Tatar, Moltenus, Forgotten Abyssal, Lannok's Tomes/Orbs has attack speed too. Best of them is Moltenus tho i haven't seen anyone has it even in Siel.

    Oh.. I actually have one, i need Arb set + weap + access + woc2 + VGO pm me hues
