Perk of having low ping in Aion

Can do stuff like this. Retail was pretty big on animation cancelling, especially for rangers. Not a hack and is an in game mechanic.

Try doing it with Agonizing Arrow.. it doesn't really work that well :< You can do this with melee classes, also. I do it with sin sometimes.

 

Yup. I was trying it out with my ranger yesterday and that was the only skill that wouldn't work for me. Stunning shot was definitely easiest to do.

 

Hmm don't really need low ping, just need good timing. If you have higher ping, you'll need to time it earlier. Some skills have really crappy animation that makes it hard though.

 

I guess you would have to play around with it. But preempting moves is difficult when you don't know what happens almost immediately.

 

Yeah. Akikaze is right. you need a good timing . cause if your ping is low but you don't know how to timing it's useless.

 

like the others said. you don't need ping for this.. just timing.. this one is actually easier to do compare to slide shots. i usually do this, which is called jumpshot in case you don't know, with my gunner and ranger.

i prefer slide shots with my ranger since i find it easier to time slide shot with my rangers attack speed and since you move forward while doing the skill. i find the gunners attack speed to be too fast and i find it hard to get the timing for it..

Yeah the only time I ever really need to slideshot on assassin is when using ripclaw, though. Other than that + fang strike combo + lightning slash, pretty much everything can be used while running lol
