    I can see only the head of my character, no other character, no mobs either. on map they're all, even if they're in safezone i see the opposite race "squares". is it because of downgrade?

    And no, that's not because of the downgrade, it's your client missing the body files because you didn't let the NCsoft launcher to fully download them, as Kreia and Euno said, run the NCsoft launccher again and hit on File Repair
