Problems with account

"sir i can log in my accounts in server website but not in game,:crying: can u make something for those acounts??my last use of those accounts is DEc. before the..new 4.0 has been update can i ask for recovery of my acount in list.:

1. mysensie091
2.mysensie123
3.mysensie111
4.mysensie222
5.mysensie

plss sir inform me if there is some improvement with this..case

Multi accounts
