They change places thats why they are called travelling shugos nyerk nyerk

 

But they not there, where they should be in feb. 15-17

 

Maybe ask a GM/AM online maybe someone could help you out

I know where is location, but that Shugos not in loacation where they should be in feb.15-17

 

your supposed to be going by game date not real... its not feb 15th in the game right now

 

Shugos are only available between Feb 15 to Feb 17 / March 15 to March 17/15 May to 17 May / June 15 to June 17 / August 15 to August 17 / September 15 to September 17 / 15 Nov to 17 Nov / Dec 15 to Dec 17 in-game times.
