[LOGIN] Authorization server

Intruduction:Hello Gamez community i am Kuny, this is my first post and sadly a issue.

Description issue: Well lets jump in. I wake up this morning and open the game but after put my account and agree the terms of aion an error appears on the game-screen "No game server is available to the authorization server.", stopping me to play the game.


Already Tried:

This isn't working, i already tried it before post here, i did the re-installation in my Aion-Folder and same problem.


Screenshot: Not necessary at the moment, simply and already known problem.

Additional Information:

Version Aion: Downgrade 4.5 to 4.0 by Guille guide.


Hope/Wish: I hope/wish dont need to re-install the entire game, it takes a very long time.

Status: SOLVED.

Solution: I restart my computer and close all secundary programs, launch the game and now it's working, apparently aion it's not compatible with one of those.

What's your aion version?

 

Before today i logged many times successful.

Aion version: Downgrade 4.5 to 4.0 by Guille guide.

 

Hey there,

Try to launch the game with the following files:

Gamez-BAT

Place the GamezAion.bat file in your aion direcotry (C:\Program Files (x86)\Ncsoft\Aion)
Place the d3d8thk.dll file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ncsoft\Aion\bin32

Launch the game by clicking twice on the GamezAion.bat and check if you are able to connect.

 

I did everything you said, unfortunately unable to connect.

 

Is your region set to north america? Are you sure you didn't update/repair your client by mistake?

 

I don't really know, how can i check ?

Yes i'm sure, i just opened it.
