Northern Katalam Base 75?

I have this quest in Idian Depths (upper left corner idian depths map).
Also i need to collect desperate anima too. I searched the google how to get there & it says that the entrance is in northern katalam base 75. When i got there, nobody's there in base 75. No entrance gate. What should i do to get in that place in idian depths? Help me guys pls?

Thank you Guille. That map in north katalam, the one in the center is the teleport gate in the specific area in idian depths. I went there but nobody's there. They say it should be occupied first so the teleport will appear. But the problem is no one is there. No npc's at all.

The camp is bugged. You'll need to either wait for a server restart or contact a SeniorAM+ to spawn the teleporter.

 

Ouch... how can i contact a seniorAM? Sorry for asking... I'm still new here in aion.

you can use mount to get across some of the inaccesible areas in idian depths..

i mean the bike mount, sharptooth and d like

If you are from Siel all the teleporters in Katalam/Danaria that take you to Idian Depths are spawned and working properly. Will check Lumiel in a while
