    what's the proc rate of this thing which is needed for the miragent quest... does crafting it with the toon that has the quest affect the proc rate of this one?

    thanks but i has the butloads of mats needed for this one. am just a bit worried cause i almost used those mats but has not been able to get this one as a greater output....

    Yeah, it only procs to Heart of Magic but thanks to Legendary Guellie's guidance I was able to craft one, he is the best.

    He gave me a guide where to buy those mats faster than to kill mobs in heiron/beluslan. So I keep them like golds on my inventory, theres is a seller og those mats on Pande, I dont if theres an NPC too on Sanctum, all you need to do is sell those Heart of Magic and he will give those Baluar blood(something like that).
