New to Songweaver

After reading all your comments about Songweaver, I decided to finally roll to Bard. I was really bored with my SM *gosh*. SW got insta mid-nukes and disabling abilities but I don't know how to properly time my skills into an excellent combo.

I'm really in need here. Care to share you knowledge? Enlighten meeeeee~ //puppyeyes

the best guides are actual demos.. like youtube pvp videos.. since ur asking about skill rotations.
if ur just keen enough ull notice how they time their skills.

im not telling u to be a fanboy/girl but its actually how humans learn much easier..
even irl demos are better especially with the right info. as to that just read ur skills well and actually test them out to see
factors like animations or wether u could use these skills while moving etc..

if ur familiar to such skills then i dont see why it would be that hard to understand pvp vids.

 

I am a songweaver. i love when nuked elyos with 2 times dp 2000. boom...boom. need a teacher? hehehehe

 

Get into melee, Dance-off into Freestyle, Paean of Pain, Syncopated Echo and Staggering Rest. Proceed with Sonic Gust if they don't have a way to resist the knockback (such as UD or Stone Skin). If they do, go for Adagio + Fluttering Note and kite. Bright Strike chain silence, then root. Finish off with nuke Song of Ice chain + Treble Cleave. You can stick more stuff in there but remember you always want to be in control.

Actually if your enemy has Stone Skin while slept, it's a brokenly good combo to put Adagio and FN before your delay damage skills. Really situational. Love the class.

lol best thing ever on bard, freestyle, para, moonlight lament, aoe sleep, delay damage, wait for para, few dots, paen of pain, silence chain, stun when they come out of para, root, throne song their ass....end with treble cleave if they still alive.

 

I need to review their skills again..

 

its a non damage debuffs -500 magic suppression for 12 seconds...also one of the main reasons why goin partial mr on this class is so great...with all their debuffs and buffs you can pretty much get a free 750 magic boost in any build you want.

I got my own bard and I have my own combo. I don't depend on some pro players because items matter, but I can still kill a lot without good gear >.<

 

Playing again and again with same combo s is sheet. Srsly u will act like an robot after a while and where s fun? U better make you own style .....I never had a combo I only react by situation on each fight.

 

Not a good combo if someone has 150+ ping, they will have time to remove the paralyze with GHP. What I do is do 2 dots, then stun paralyze then instant sleep, then freestyle dots and then nuke them down. In that case paralyze will definitely work, which I can't say about the combo Ethan said xD

 

Who needs guide ? Bard is pretty simple and easy to play... dispell, debuff, stun, dots, slows, para, sleep, silence, blind, heal, mana, shields, UD (not so effective as the real UD), anti-fear/sleep, ultimate damage, charge... nice mix of all

Bard is OP, if well played...

 

They do not have a blind.

 

Well he meant bind I guess xD Blind and bind is same crap, disables melee skills xD

 

Expect that bind is a thousand times better of a CC.
