I can't see my pg

Hello everybody, I start apologize for my english but i'm Italian.
Today it's my first day here and after some problems i start play. At first look when i create my pg i can't see it but i see only the face, i think doesn't matter and start play but in the game i have the same problem. I think probably it's because i wear an equipment for higher lvl (abyss, i'm lvl 9) i don't know please help me.
Have I install any specific drivers or anything else?

P.S. Is there anyone that speak italian?

Run the NCsoft launcher, hit on File Repair, let it complete its job, apply the downgrade, play
