Brazilians can not get in

Hey, me and my friends from brazil could not play the game . When we click at one of the servers the game crashes. Waiting a few minutes, a message appears : " you have been disconnected from the server " . And if we try to log in again, it says there we are already logged. We follow all the steps that is in the website but the mistake still happening.
If there is anything we can do, please help us!

 

Did you just download the client? If so, check what version you are currently on. You can find out which version your client is by checking the version.ini at the bottom of your Aion folder.

 

Yes I have the client, and " Version=4.5.0.4 "
