    How About the Grace Period?

    HI AGAIN GUYS! =D

Well to start this off, I bought an Estate in Oriel and actually I won it this day. When I opened my account, I received a letter saying there's a Grace Period, saying before I get my new house, I should sell my last one. Then, I asked my friend to buy my old house within 6 days (because the Grace Period is also 6 days) I got scared because I don't know what do to now. When my friend attempted to place a bid, a message appeared that he cannot bid right now. Guys please help me with this or else, I'll lose the money I spent Please GM's Countrymen lend me your ears =(

As far as I know, you cannot place bids on the initial/final auction day when the housing sales gets turnover. Since it was Sunday, the day where existing bidding concludes, wait perhaps a day (until Monday/Tuesday) and then ask your friend to try placing a bid on the house again.

hi there, glad to know that u have not an estate in oriel. In order to use your new estate, u should sell it ur old house by selling it or u can just do nothing until the grace period has come to an end. It is more preferable to sell it for u to have a proceeds before u the grace period ends. In the end, u will be transferred to ur new estate in no time.

    Freaking Grace Period!

Aaaaaaaand Now we're back for another episode of "Grace Encounters".

Now we we will be inspecting the Dark World called "Oriel" and see some Rotten Agrints, Harmless Cute Little Laralis and of course the ever Fierce, Hot boys lurking somewhere near Summerfield VIllage. But what is really terrifying there is about spending your 350 Million Kinah to buy an Estate. Well take me as an example. I bought one last week, won it but can't own it because I still got a home. So I sold it but when I looked at my house, Poof! The most scary part happened. The Estate I bought came back to the Bidding List and now I'm left with nothing in this dark, dark, dark world. Well this started the best part, but now it's lurking you in. And you can't get out.

Stay tuned for the next episode of "Grace Encounters" and this is Steffanie. Still searching, finding help and getting all the help I can get to get out of this crazed world.

Guys I really wanted help here. I bought an Estate, 5 days later I got a message saying it's mine now and it's under Grace Period. I had a House when I bought the Estate so I sold the House. When the house got sold, I did not receive the 12 Million kinah and the Estate that's been under Grace Period was taken back to the Auction House. Bummer please GMs help me
