Dc after Game start

Hi,
If i start the game with the launcher i get instantly an disconnect. cant login, i try it 5 times, everytime i get an dc. PLease help me

 

What's the version of your Aion client?
Are you using any ping reducer or software that would mess with your connection?
What launcher are you using?

Try logging in slowly, type your account info, press enter, it will say you are already logged in, press OK, type your account info, wait 30 seconds, press enter and go on

 

cant login, i push the button "start" on the gamez aion launcher, then after a fes seconds, game crash.
And no i dont use ping reducer or sth like that.
version ist 4.0..
But only i have this problem. My girlfriend use the same Aion folder but she can connect and start wihtout a problem..

 

What is your OS?
Try removing the items.pak inside Aion\Data\USA\Items

 

without the item.pak i cant start. And what you mean with OS?

 

The OS is your operating system, such as Windows 7 or 8. And for the items.pak, delete your current one and install the pak again straight from the website.

 

without the item.pak it works. I have the item.pak downloaded from the website, but I immediately get another dc.

 

Let's get it straight, DC means disconnect/disconnected, which means your client got at least to the login screen, if the items.pak is your problem then you would not even get at the login screen.

That's the Loose Files version, it contains the 3 normal XML files, if there is another file in that folder, delete it, leave only those 3 XMLs

 

i press the start button from the launcher then after 2 seconds the dc(sendlog) appears. I try it, thx.
